 Courses College Credit Courses SPA 1604 American Sign Language III — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisites: completion of SPA 1602 and SPA 1603 with grade of "C" or better in both courses. This course, a continuation of American Sign Language II, will emphasize advanced level of sign vocabulary, compound complex grammatical constructions, usage and the development of advanced receptive and expressive conversational American Sign Language skills. There will be additional costs required which will vary based on activity or projects such as attendance to the local Deaf club and a trip to Florida School for the Deaf. Three contact hours. A.A., A.S., A.A.S.
