Business Administration (Management) (A213)
This business degree will be a proud highlight on your resume
and one that will give you a competitive edge in your career pursuits. This program
is a door-opener to a wide world of opportunities in marketing, sales, management,
team leadership, and supervisory positions in large companies or small businesses
in practically every industry.
The curriculum in the associate in applied science (A.A.S.) degree
program in business administration differs slightly from the curriculum
in the associate in science (A.S.) degree program. The A.A.S.
program is intended primarily for students who desire to complete
an associates degree and become immediately employed.
Three technical certificates are included as options within this degree
program: Business Operations, Business Management and Marketing. Students may choose to pursue an A.A.S. degree and earn
technical certificates while completing the requirements for the
degree, or pursue one or more certificate programs to develop
or upgrade their skills in a particular field. Contact an advisor
or counselor to determine the career education path that is best
for you. Students may complete a degree in only one of the two
specialty tracks, Management or Marketing. Students who wish to
add a second area of specialization after completing a degree
should pursue the technical certificate in that area.
This program is accredited by the Association
of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
Estimated cost of tuition is $4,050 (tuition rated for Florida
residents, as of 7/05). Contact the program manager for additional
costs (materials, fees, textbooks).
