 Courses College Credit Courses PLA 2433 Business Organizations — 3 Credit Hours Prerequisites: PLA 2114 and BUL2131. This course provides a basic understanding of agency law, employment law, business contract law and the competencies necessary to assist an attorney in the formation and documentation required to form and operate sole proprietorships, general and limited partnerships and corporations.
