CEN 1503 Novell Systems Administration — 4 Credit Hours

Prerequisites: CGS 1560, CDA 2502 or equivalent experience. This course prepares students to administer Novell networks. In-depth hands-on practice will supplement lecture on theory, concepts and terminology. This course may also include preparation for vendor certification. Topics include installation, directory services, file systems, security, scripts, server and workstation management, printing, and troubleshooting. Four contact hours: three lecture hours, one laboratory hour. (CBC) A.S., A.A.S.
