 Courses College Credit Courses PHT 1212C Electrotherapeutic Modalities — 4 Credit Hours Prerequisite: PHT 2220C. Corequisite: PHT 2253C. The course covers the theory, physiological effects, indications, contraindication and application of electro therapeutic modalities commonly used in physical therapy. A laboratory component provides students an opportunity to apply and practice skills with an emphasis on safety, effective ness and efficiency. Six contact hours: two lecture hours, four laboratory hours. A.S., A.A.S.
