PHT 2931 Trends in Physical Therapy — 2 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: PHT 2801L. Corequisites: PHT 2253C and PHT 2301C. This seminar-style course examines the current trends impacting the profession of physical therapy as well as projecting future directions. Department administration, organization and maintenance are discussed. Health care financing with related documentation requirements, supervisory issues and quality assurance are included. Job seeking skills, career development and social responsibility are emphasized. Two contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
