Prerequisites: CEN 1304 or equivalent experience. This course is one of two courses teaching Microsoft database administration (CEN 2303 and CEN 2313). Students learn how to install, configure, and administer Microsoft SQL Server within a Microsoft network environment. Students are expected to have coursework or experience administering a Microsoft server before taking this course. Although this course is not a certification preparation course, it may include related Microsoft certification material. Four contact hours: three lecture hours; one laboratory hour. A.S., A.A.S.
