FFP 2120 Fire Codes and Building Construction — 3 Credit Hours

This course includes the study of federal, state and local laws applicable to the fire service, a survey of Fire Codes and Standards of the National Fire Protection Association and the Fire Prevention Code of the American Insurance Associa tion, the role of the State Fire Marshal, and the principles and practices used in building construction. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
