FFP 2470 Introduction to Environmental Law and Policies — 3 Credit Hours

This course introduces the current federal laws that regulate the assessment, use, handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials. It includes: the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA Toxic Substance Control Act, Federal Pesticide Act, CERCLA, and SARA. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
