 Courses College Credit Courses FFP 2470 Introduction to Environmental Law — 3 Credit Hours This course introduces the current federal laws that regulate the assessment, use, handling, storage and disposal of hazardous materials. It includes: the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA Toxic Substance Control Act, Federal Pesticide Act, CERCLA, SARA, and other various laws pertaining to hazardous materials regarding their impact on the environment.
