 Courses College Credit Courses FFP 2810 Fire Fighting Tactics and Strategy I — 3 Credit Hours This course is designed to cover basic factors involved in coping with the fire scene and determining the best use of available resources in protecting lives and property. The course emphasizes the dynamics of various fire scenes and the tactics and strategies that the fire officer can implement to effectively control and extinguish said fires. This course also provides methods for the fire officer to evaluate the effectiveness of his or her pro-posed Incident Action Plan. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
