FSS 1100 Menu and Marketing Management — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: FSS 1221. Students will acquire knowledge and demonstrate skills in menu planning, costing and pricing menu items, and designing menu format. The course will utilize effective internal marketing techniques and emphasizes positive public relation techniques. Three contact hours. A.S., A.A.S.
