FSS 1240 American Regional Foods — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: FSS 1221. Students will plan and prepare menus that demonstrate various American regional foods. Students will study various regional styles such as: Cajun, Creole, New England, Southwest, etc. Eight contact hours: two lecture hours, six laboratory hours. A.S., A.A.S.
