FSS 2943 Culinary Management Internship II — 3 Credit Hours

Prerequisite: FSS 2942. Students will participate in a supervised internship at an advanced level. This internship will be designed to provide students with opportunities to enhance technical skills in a specific culinary area. Twenty contact hours: one-half hour (one hour every other week) lecture, ten field experience hours. A.S., A.A.S.
