Workforce Credit Certificate Courses
This is a customized course designed for credit union employees. Students will gain skills in personal financial counseling. Such skills will include inter viewing, listening techniques, and problem solving. Instruction will also be provided in personal and family budgeting, debt management, dealing with creditors, developing a savings plan, and referral sources. Students will learn how to develop their own personal budget and will maintain a budget expense notebook during the school term. Assignments will deal with actual case problems. This course is intended for credit union employees only.
