Workforce Credit Certificate Courses
Prerequisites: HMV 0700 and HMV 0033. Corequisite: HMV 0730. Students will gain knowledge of the key sets of skills that every successful travel sales person needs to master. These skills include preparation for the sale, the selling process, marketing strategies, and customer service follow-through.
