Workforce Credit Certificate Courses
This course covers constitutional law and its application to the public and officers. Law, including evidence procedures, arrest law, search and seizure, and various statutory laws that are common to police and correctional officers are studied. Emphasis is given to elements of various crimes. Various civil laws applications are also covered. Civil and criminal liability of officers is studied.
