Workforce Credit Certificate Courses
Prerequisites: CJD 0704, CJD 0730, CJD 0734, CJD 0731, CJD 0760 and CJD 0761. This course covers the report-writ ing process from the inter view, statement taking, and notetaking through the final report product with practical exercises included. The difference between interviewing and interrogation are explored. Interpersonal communication skills are covered along with radio and telephone procedures.
