Workforce Credit Certificate Courses
Prerequisite: EEV 0811. Corequisite: EEV 0813. This course continues the presentation of electrical fundamentals introduced in the prerequisite course, EEV 0811. The course topics include AC generation, obtaining and interpreting waveforms, AC resistive and reactive circuits, vectors and phasors, filters and resonant circuits, an introduction to transformers, and an introduction to multiphase AC. Laboratory experiences reinforce course topics and develop safe and effective lab skills.
