Prerequisite: AER 2551. This course is designed with knowledge-based, performance-based and intern-based skills identified as standards for the automotive industry. Topics will include theory, operation and diagnostics of Daimler/Chrysler specific computer engine management systems. Performance skills include the systematic diagnostic routines required to diagnose, repair and update Daimler/Chrysler computer management systems. The knowledge skills represent theory of the topics and support the mastery of the performance-based skills for this topic.
